I. Purpose of the activity:

 1.Enhance the staff's fitness awareness and take the lead in participating in sports activities。

Ii. Activity Rules:

1.8Word jump long rope (Hu Shuzhen) :.The game time is 3 minutes and each team has 8 players。Two players stand in a fixed position to shake the rope, and the other players stand in a line to one side。The referee "whistles" to start the game and "whistles" again to end the game。Counting method: Each shake is only allowed to enter one person, jump one time to run out, if two or more people enter one time, empty shake does not count, stop shake does not count。Name them according to their grades。

 2.Blind gong (Fang Dong) : Each group sends 10 people to participate, turn around three times after blindfold, walk eight meters away to knock the gong, knock 1 point, calculate the total number, according to the total number of the team hit the ranking。

 3.Step on the balloon (Yang Xiaoqiang) : Each team of 8 people participate in the competition, in the prescribed area, each person's feet tied two balloons, after the whistle, each person must on the one hand to step on the enemy team's balloon, and must keep their own balloon not to be trampled。Ranked by the total number of balloons remaining。

 4.Tug of war (Jiang Tao) : Each team of 8 people (3 men and 5 women), each game of two wins out of three。

 5.Crossing the River by stepping on stones (Zhang Hui) : (at the same time) Each group selected 8 people to participate in the race, 8 participants use square bricks to build Bridges, all from the start to the end, even if the task is successfully completed, the shortest time is the winner。(Note: During the game, the players cannot be outside the square brick, and the violation time will be increased by 5 seconds)。Props: 30 square bricks, 1 stopwatch, need to draw the track 30 meters。

 6.Pass hula hoops (Yin Xiner) : (carried out separately) Each group of 10 people, men and women cross hands and stand in a line, from the first person to pass 5 hula hoops to the last person, the shortest time wins。

 Props :15 hula hoops, 1 stopwatch。

Third, the trade union team to prepare props

器材准备：毛文军  秒表6块、、吹鼓的气球200个、垃圾篓8个、呼啦圈30个、沙包60个、眼罩10个、方砖30块、一面锣或鼓、5对鼓槌、长绳6根、拔河绳1根。

四、备注

１.Teachers are not allowed to ask for leave if there is no important thing during the activity.Those who are absent will be deducted 1 point/person from the total points of the group。

2.The activity is the responsibility of the trade union, the grade leader is the group leader of each group, please urge the group members to wear sports shoes to participate in the activity on time。

3. Group arrangement: Participate in activities according to grade group (Annex 1)。All teachers are required to submit 2 items each, with a maximum of 3 items。Application form (Annex 2)。Matters not covered will be added later, the right of interpretation belongs to the school union。

5. Incentives

 1.The results of team events and individual events are counted in the total score of each union group, and the first and second prizes are awarded according to the total score of each union group。

 2.The specific incentive scheme shall be decided by the trade union committee。 备注：

 1)The scores for each event are: first place: 7 points, second place: 5 points, third place: 4 points, fourth place: 3 points, fifth place: 2 points, sixth place: 1 point。

 2)12Complete each group registration before October 25。

This time: First prize 2 groups, second prize 2 groups, third prize 2 groups。
