Changzhou Jintan District Dongcheng experimental primary School second general assembly election method

1. According to the Interim Regulations on the Election Work of Trade Union Grass-roots Organizations, the second General Assembly of Dongcheng Experimental Primary School of Jintan District of Changzhou elected the second trade Union Committee to be presided over by the previous trade union Committee。

The proposed list of candidates for the second session of the Union Committee of Dongcheng Experimental Primary School, Jintan District, Changzhou City, is nominated by the branch committee and recommended by the majority of members' opinions (grade group, administrative office) through bottom-up consultation。The school party organization and the district education trade union agree in principle, and the general assembly will incubate and discuss the adoption, and then conduct elections。

With the agreement of the school party organization and the district education trade union, the number of members of the second trade union Committee of Dongcheng Experimental Primary School is  7  名。In accordance with the Interim Regulations on the Election Work of Trade Union Grass-roots Organizations, competitive elections are carried out, and the official candidates for the members of the current trade union committee are total  8  名。

(4) An election may be held only if the number of candidates participating in the election reaches two thirds of the number of persons required to participate in the election; if the number of candidates receiving more than half of the votes is greater than the number of votes available, the one receiving the most votes shall be elected。In the event that the election cannot be determined by an equal number of votes, a new ballot shall be cast on the candidates of an equal number of votes, and the one with the highest number of votes shall be elected。If the number of candidates elected is less than the number of candidates eligible for election, the insufficient number of candidates shall be elected separately。If the number of candidates is close to the number of candidates, after study and with the consent of a majority of members, or reduce the number of candidates, no election will be held。

5. Elections shall be held by secret ballot。The candidates are listed on the ballot paper in order of their last names。You can vote yes or no for a candidate on the ballot paper, or you can abstain。Those who vote no can choose someone else。As if intended to mark "○" in the box above the candidate's name;If you do not agree to mark "×", if the waiver does not make any sign。If it is necessary to select another person, write the name of the other person in the corresponding space below the name of the candidate marked "×", and underline "○" in the space above the name.。

6. If the number of ballots returned is equal to or less than the number of voters, the election is valid; if the number is greater, the election is invalid and a new election shall be held。The number of votes cast for each ballot is equal to or less than the number of votes cast, and the number of votes cast is invalid。If the symbol cannot be confirmed, it is a waiver。

7. 8. After the end of the voting, the chief vote supervisor will collect the votes and report them to the Executive Chairman of the General Assembly, who will declare whether the election is valid or not。

9. After the counting of the votes, the chief supervisor shall report the results of the election to the Executive Chairman of the General Assembly, who shall announce the results of the election to the General Assembly。

10. The elected new committee shall hold two sessions of one committee meeting to elect the chairman and vice chairman of the trade union (candidates for chairman and vice chairman shall be proposed by the school party organization and the district education trade union through consultation among the newly elected members of the trade union committee。）

11. These election methods shall come into force upon adoption by the General Assembly。
